EAT and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), together with Food Reform for Sustainability and Health (FReSH) convened a dialogue with business, civil society, policy makers, and scientists in Mexico in December 2018. This four-page briefing is great for anyone wanting a snapshot of how to turn the world’s food consumption in a sustainable direction. It gives three narratives that can positively drive future collaboration between public and private sectors on nutrition.

This is an ambitious task that requires ambitious commitment. The solutions are there – what is needed is more alignment and collaboration between sectors to achieve a shared vision. This briefing is an excellent example of how nutrition and the future of our planet are everyone’s business.
