What is PPE for nutrition?
Public private engagement (PPE) takes many forms: from dialogue to coordination to collaboration to partnership. For us, it is any interaction between the public (government, civil society, academia, consumers) and business (of any scale) that promotes the consumption of nutritious and safe foods. It is less rigid than a formal public private partnership (PPP) and has the potential to build trust and understanding so that governments, the private sector, civil society and academia can work better together to advance nutrition.
Who funds Nutrition Connect?

It is supported by IrishAid, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Germany's Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, Canada's International Development Research Centre, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
