There are relatively few peer review articles looking at risk assessment for entrepreneurs in the healthy food industry. This restricted access paper provides a useful checklist for anyone establishing a business in the healthy food industry and unsure about how to effectively predict and mitigate risk. Since risk sharing and management is an essential feature of all public private partnerships, it is helpful to develop methods for establishing liability from the start.
