Microalgae partnership marks move to fairer food

Microalgae might be the first thing that comes to mind when considering nutrition but it offers an impressive range of minerals, protein, anti-oxidants and vitamins. However, you may think of an acrid or strong flavour that would steer you towards more traditional nutrition! Algenuity  is a tech start up that has found a way to reduce the strong taste of microalgae and retain nutrition. Their partnership with Unilever demonstrates the power of pooling skills to shape consumer demand towards more sustainable living.
