This study examines the impact of food insecurity (FI) on lifestyle behaviors among university students in Germany, Lebanon, and Cyprus. Findings reveal high FI prevalence in Lebanon (60.3%), moderate in Cyprus (14.9%), and low in Germany (18.9%). FI correlated with reduced physical activity but had no significant impact on sleep or diet. Variations in lifestyle behaviors were influenced by the economic and cultural contexts of each country, underscoring the need for tailored interventions.
