The World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA) was established to drive wider and deeper participation from the private sector in the global efforts towards a sustainable future for all. WBA has set out to develop transformative benchmarks that will track and compare companies’ performance on the SDGs. They are designed to be used by a variety of stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, governments, civil society and the companies themselves.
This report is the first step in the process to develop WBA’s Food and Agriculture Benchmark. It presents the scope, industries and companies that have been identified for inclusion in the benchmark.
