This report is a comprehensive overview of the role circular economies can have on the longevity, sustainability and viability of healthy food systems. In this paper, collaborators across public and private entities - including nonprofit leaders, university professors and business professionals - came together to emphasise the importance of shifting to a circular economy within food systems, and more broadly. This report highlights the capacity of circular economies to aid in both planetary and human health.
