This study examines the role of agricultural inputs in reducing child stunting globally, focusing on data from 2001-2020 across multiple countries. Mineral fertilizers were found to significantly reduce stunting by 0.15–0.2 percentage points per kg per hectare. Other inputs, like manure and land per capita, showed less robust effects, while irrigation had no significant impact. Findings emphasize the importance of targeted agricultural practices for improving nutritional outcomes and highlight the need for policies balancing agricultural productivity with nutritional improvements.
