The article presents the SWITCHtoHEALTHY project, aiming to encourage adherence to the Mediterranean diet among families in Spain, Morocco, and Turkey. The study involves 480 families with children aged 3–17 in a 3-month, multicentric, randomized, single-blinded nutritional intervention. The program integrates digital tools, educational materials, and plant-based snacks to drive behavior change. Using a full-factorial design, families are divided into groups to measure the combined effects of the intervention. The study assesses diet quality, economic and environmental impact, and anthropometric outcomes using the COM-B behavioral model.
