The board members of the Regenerative Organic Alliance (ROA) span the nonprofit sector and the business sector but come together to further the mission of the Regenerative Organic Certification. Board members come from companies like Patagonia and Dr. Bronner's but also come from organisations like the Textile Exchange and the Fair World Project. With inputs from both public and private entities, the ROA has a comprehensive approach to what a certification in regenerative, organic agriculture would mean for both producer and consumer. A certification in not only organic agriculture, but regenerative organic agriculture includes a much needed emphasis on farming practices that benefit planetary well being in addition to human health.
