This review evaluates the benefits and challenges of using Moringa oleifera products in poultry nutrition. Rich in bioactive compounds with antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, moringa can enhance growth performance and nutritional quality. However, high levels of fiber and antinutritional factors limit its usage. Strategies like bioprocessing and dosage optimization are recommended to mitigate these challenges and maximize moringa’s potential as a sustainable alternative to synthetic additives, contributing to food security.
