This national prospective study examines the joint effects of cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic (CKM) syndrome stages and systemic inflammation on mortality using data from 29,459 U.S. adults. Advanced CKM stages (3–4) combined with elevated systemic inflammation response index (SIRI > 0.81) increased all-cause and cardiovascular disease mortality risks by 84% and 150%, respectively. Younger adults (<60 years) faced the highest risk. Findings underscore the need for targeted interventions to address inflammation and CKM progression.
