This study assesses food insecurity levels and dietary intake among adults in Fiji's central regions, examining the impact of COVID-19 on food security. Results from 534 participants show that 75% experienced food insecurity in the past year, with COVID-19 exacerbating these conditions. Despite increased food insecurity, many participants adapted by growing home gardens. The study highlights the need for policy interventions in Fiji to address food insecurity and promote healthy eating.
