The evaluation assesses the Global Network Against Food Crises (GNAFC) Partnership Programme, a four-year initiative concluding in 2022. It examines the programme’s role in strengthening food crisis analysis, supporting coordinated responses, and advocating for policy changes. The report highlights GNAFC’s contributions, including advancing the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC), enhancing the Global Report on Food Crises, and fostering anticipatory action. Despite these successes, challenges remain in deepening partner engagement, improving evidence-driven decision-making, and linking global coordination with country-level responses. The evaluation recommends refining the network’s strategic vision, enhancing analytical tools, and strengthening policy advocacy.
