This cross-sectional study assessed dietary intake among 500 pregnant women across Lebanon. Findings reveal significant deficiencies in energy, protein, fiber, and vital micronutrients, including vitamin D, iodine, iron, and B vitamins. The study emphasizes the need for nutritional interventions to improve maternal and fetal health outcomes, as most participants failed to meet the USDA and Mediterranean diet guidelines.
