This study explores the eating habits and desire for dietary changes among chronic pain patients in Sweden, analyzing data from the Swedish quality registry for pain rehabilitation. Findings show that irregular eating patterns, frequent fast-food, and high confectionery consumption were common. Patients with higher confectionery and fast-food intake, obesity, and younger age were more likely to express a desire to eat healthier. The study calls for integrated nutritional interventions within pain management programs to support these patients in achieving improved dietary habits.
