This study evaluates the effectiveness of digital nudging strategies on healthy and sustainable (HS) food choices among 1,400 American university students. Nudges tested include HS logos, dish placement, and a combination of both in an online pre-ordering system. Results reveal that logos and combined strategies significantly increased HS dish selection among students with existing HS eating habits. Findings underscore the importance of tailoring nudging interventions to specific demographics and contexts to promote sustainable dietary behaviors in university settings.
