Using NHANES data, this study explores the relationship between dietary flavonoids and aging. Higher intakes of flavones, flavanones, and flavonols were associated with reduced biological aging, as measured by PhenoAgeAccel. Flavones had the most significant impact. These findings support dietary flavonoids as potential interventions to mitigate aging.
