This study assesses knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors regarding salt and sugar intake among Fijian adults. Despite awareness of health risks, many participants reported behaviors contributing to excessive consumption, such as frequent use of sugar in drinks and adding salt during cooking. Interventions are needed to support healthier dietary practices.
