This mini-review explores how artificial intelligence can integrate nutrition, multi-omics data, and clinical information to identify biomarkers and drug targets for cardiovascular disease. It highlights key pathways—lipid metabolism, inflammation, and mitochondrial function—and shows how AI tools (machine learning and network analysis) can accelerate precision therapies by linking nutrition to pharmacological mechanisms.
