SME Connect is a network of SMEs and their supporters built to maximise the impact of SMEs on the European level. The Health and Nutrition Working Group has the mandate to outline challenges and solutions for small and medium enterprises to improve nutrition and health in Europe. This Working Group has a particular focus on the role of nutrition in health and offers various events and initiatives around the promotion of healthy diets. The leadership addresses investment in sustainable and safe innovation in the food sector. With two European Members of Parliament on the board, the network aims to influence European food and nutrition policy to enable a better environment for collaborations.
