This study compares the efficacy of dietary counseling and home-delivered diets in reducing cardiometabolic risk factors among overweight and obese women. Over four weeks, both approaches achieved significant reductions in cardiometabolic risk. However, the home-delivered diet showed superior outcomes, including greater weight loss, BMI reduction, improved lipid profiles, and better control of fasting glucose and blood pressure. The findings highlight the practical benefits of home-delivered diets, particularly for individuals facing challenges with dietary compliance and meal preparation.
