This study shows that third-line chemotherapy can provide limited survival benefits in metastatic pancreatic cancer, with outcomes strongly influenced by nutritional and inflammatory status. Higher Prognostic Nutritional Index (PNI) and lower Glasgow Prognostic Score (GPS) were linked to longer survival, highlighting their value in identifying patients most likely to benefit from further treatment.
