This study examines the role of social media usage (SMU) in improving sustainable business performance in manufacturing supply chains. Focusing on the Pakistani context, the study explores how SMU fosters dynamic capabilities like sensing, knowledge sharing, and social capital among supply chain members, which enhances resilience in uncertain environments. Structural equation modeling (SEM) results support that SMU positively influences these capabilities, contributing to sustainable performance. Environmental dynamism was also found to moderate the SMU-performance relationship.
