This study investigates the relationship between kidney function and cardiometabolic risk factors (CMRFs), anthropometric indices, and the Dietary Inflammatory Index (DII) among 2,472 Iranian adults. Results show a significant association between serum creatinine (sCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) with factors like age, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, body adiposity index, and weight. Women had higher eGFR and lower sCr and BUN than men. No significant relationship was found between DII and kidney function. Findings underscore the impact of CMRFs and anthropometric measures on renal health.
