This study explores barriers to iron and folic acid (IFA) supplementation among pregnant women in Botswana. While women understood the benefits of IFA, challenges included supplement availability, side effects, and adherence. Recommendations include improving health education, supplement availability, and fortified food supplies. Findings emphasize the need for tailored interventions to reduce maternal anemia and improve pregnancy outcomes.
