This Newsletter ushers the new year 2024, and starts us off in the spirit of all things positive and bountiful. It reminds us of the year that 2023 was, and the aspirations and hopes that 2024 fills us with, to create, curate and disseminate at Nutrition Connect, the knowledge hub, more evidence that draws the  public and private sectors closer to working out common solutions for better nutrition (See here)

We were grateful in the year that went by, to have been connected with some of you online and in-person by varied means on in-person events, panel discussions, blogs articles, interviews, opinion pieces and many more. We published interesting pieces by co-creating with partners on a variety of topics including financing nutrition, the power of beans and millet to revolutionize nutrition security across the globe, the catalytic role that workforce nutrition can play in expediting our journeys to food systems transformation. The publication of Nutrition Connect's  first-ever compendium on food loss and waste and the growth of  GAIN's I-CAN initiative reminded us of the strong links between climate and nutrition, flagging that climate and nutrition can no longer be two ships passing in the night

In 2024, we are committed to continue learning together by sharing evidence-based content through our knowledge products and curated events. We look forward to hosting you on online events as well as in-person, in the upcoming months! Stay tuned !
