This study investigates the effects of live and inanimate multi-strain probiotics containing Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus, and Bacillus subtilis on weaning piglets. Results indicate that live probiotics improved growth performance by enhancing gut integrity and microbiome balance. These probiotics offer a potential alternative to antibiotics in promoting productive performance in piglets under weaning stress.
