This review examines the roles of nutrition, oxidative stress, and the gut-brain axis in the pathogenesis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). ADHD is linked to oxidative stress biomarkers like reduced glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase. Nutritional interventions targeting the gut microbiota, including antioxidants and probiotics, can mitigate symptoms. The study emphasizes the need for further exploration of dietary impacts and the therapeutic potential of modulating oxidative stress in ADHD treatment.
