This qualitative study explores perceptions of nutrition education among medical students, faculty, and healthcare professionals at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Barriers to effective nutrition education included time constraints, lack of faculty expertise, and bias. Participants recommended curriculum redesign, practical applications, and policy changes to address deficiencies. The study underscores the need for enhanced nutrition training to better equip physicians for patient care.
