This study explores the impact of Agricultural Stakeholder Panels (ASPs) on post-harvest loss reduction in Malawi. Using recursive bivariate probit regression on data from 2,134 households, findings show that ASPs reduced post-harvest losses by 53%, improving food security. ASPs, supported by the SANE project, facilitated farmer-extension interactions, enhancing the adoption of post-harvest management practices. The study emphasizes the potential of ASPs as effective governance platforms for improving rural extension services and achieving Sustainable Development Goals.
