This cross-sectional study evaluates diet and lifestyle knowledge among 502 Egyptian patients with autoimmune arthritis. Findings reveal fair to moderate awareness of the effects of anti-inflammatory diets and exercise, with only 26.9% demonstrating good knowledge. Awareness of nutritional benefits, such as consuming fish, vegetables, and physical activity, was inconsistent. The study underscores the need for targeted educational strategies to improve knowledge and dietary practices in this population.
