This study focused on validating a modified version of the Kids Eating Disorder Survey (M-KEDS) for assessing disordered eating behaviors among Hispanic adolescents. Using confirmatory factor analysis, the two-factor model demonstrated reliability and validity for evaluating extreme weight control behaviors and negative weight attitudes. The findings underline the importance of culturally adapted tools for identifying eating disorders in diverse populations.
