This study used the Delphi method to adapt international healthy eating policies for urban areas in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). A panel of experts from 13 LAC countries evaluated 21 public health actions. Results highlighted contextual challenges, such as informal food markets complicating policy enforcement. Eight actions were classified as high priority, eight as low priority, and five as debatable. The findings emphasize tailoring health policies to local contexts for effective implementation.
