This study emphasizes Romania's diverse ethnic makeup, highlighting the impact of acculturation on dietary behaviors. It proposes a cultural competence model for assessing dietary practices and acculturation levels while respecting ethnic, religious, and generational diversity. This approach ensures personalized nutrition services, improved health outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
