This study examines flexitarian dietary habits among young adults in Slovenia, highlighting ethical and utilitarian flexitarians. Ethical flexitarians, predominantly female, showed stronger health and environmental awareness, while utilitarian flexitarians preferred meat and exhibited lower environmental awareness. The findings provide insights for promoting dietary shifts toward sustainability and health.
