New study suggests that 'exercise labels' on food could help reduce obesity levels in the UK

According to the researchers from Loughborough University, who looked at 14 studies, this type of labelling could cut about 200 calories from a person's daily average intake.

Critics say this type of labelling could have negative impacts, including triggering those with eating disorders or prompting consumers to focus too much on caloric intake rather than quality of food.
