This study investigates how nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) presents in IBD patients. Among nonobese patients, those with NAFLD had higher CRP levels and lower albumin and PNI values. CT imaging and nutritional markers may help early diagnosis and guide therapy.
