This multistakeholder initiative leveraged the role of SMEs and academic institutions to promote nutrition-sensitive food systems. University curricula in Ghana, Kenya, and Viet Nam were revised to include nutrition-focused modules, benefiting 1,720 students. SMEs received training based on capacity assessments, resulting in upgrades in food safety, technology use, and product development. A twinning mechanism supported knowledge exchange between institutions, and over 1,400 global participants completed FAO e-learning courses.
