This study tested an IBD-modified anti-inflammatory diet (IBD-MAID) vs. standard dietary care in adults. Though inter-group differences were not statistically significant, those on the IBD-MAID showed notable improvements in disease activity, quality of life, and inflammation markers, especially among Crohn's patients.
