This report evaluates the impact of a nutrition-focused intervention in Kenyan tea-growing communities from 2020 to 2023, conducted by GAIN and the Ethical Tea Partnership. The programme aimed to improve dietary diversity and promote fortified foods among smallholder farmers and tea workers. The intervention engaged 136,025 people and led to increased adoption of biofortified crops such as high-iron beans and orange-fleshed sweet potatoes.
