This endline survey report evaluates the impact of the Food and Nutrition Security Resilience Programme (FNS-REPRO) in Somaliland, a USD 28 million initiative funded by the Netherlands. The program aimed to enhance food security and resilience by supporting livestock fodder production, sustainable livelihoods, and economic diversification. The findings indicate that household resilience scores improved significantly, with notable gains in adaptive capacity and income generation from livestock. The report stresses the need for continued investment in climate-smart agriculture, market access, and conflict-sensitive development strategies.
