The Global Fortification Data Exchange (GFDX) is an analysis and visualization tool for data on food fortification. GFDX has up-to-date resources on guidelines, best practice, advocacy, and public health, as well as dashboards and maps showing fortification levels, standards, and legislation status, all at the country level across five commodities: maize, oil, salt, wheat flour, and rice. It allows its users to customise maps, charts, and pilot data for offline analysis – overall an excellent tool when considering public private engagement around food fortification.
