The Global Fortification Data Exchange ‘provides actionable food fortification data’. It is the go-to place for data on fortification. It has up-to-date resources on guidelines, best practice, advocacy, and public health.
It has dashboards and maps showing fortification levels, standards, and legislation status, all at the country level across five commodities: maize, oil, salt, wheat flour, and rice. It allows its users to customise maps, charts and pilot data for offline analysis. It includes indicators on food availability and intake for all U.N. Member states, as well as charting the number of countries with mandatory food fortification legislation.
