Leeds becomes first U.K. city to lower its childhood obesity rate

Guardian article celebrating the strides U.K city, Leeds, has made in reducing childhood obesity. Given that almost one third of Britain's children are overweight or obese, this result is a good example of where partnership can have impact. A programme called Henry - Health, Excercise and Nutrition for the Really Young - has been rolled out by the city in a bid to improve parenting styles that can enforce better nutrition.
