An evaluation of 21 systematic reviews looking at the effect of workplace dietary interventions on health outcomes. The study finds that interventions have an impact on reducing fat intake, aiding weight loss, and reducing cholesterol. For public and private employers looking to trial workplace nutrition programmes an important takeaway is that there were no adverse outcomes or financial losses in any of the reviews. Provides a literature review for anyone wanting to know more.
